Limited edition issued on clear screen-printed vinyl in a die-cut card printed sleeve, with a one-sided insert and a white die-cut inner sleeve.

Some copies issued with just the die-cut white paper sleeve without the card sleeve or insert.

The track runs into Dale Crover performing an acapella version of Manic Mechanic originally performed by ZZ Top.

There is a track on the B-side, but it's rendered mostly unplayable due to the artwork printed on top of the groove.

The runouts are laser-etched.
