Track 11 is titled in the DVD menu as just United Kingdom, the correct title appears below. There is no audio commentary for the Hidden Agenda video contrary to what the back of the box implies.

The band's webstore sold signed copies of the DVD and included a bonus limited edition 3-track Free CD with unreleased material that had previously only been available at the P.S.I.entology tour (limited to members of the street team and the first 50 people in the door per show).

Bonus materials include: a behinds the scenes look at the making of the album PSI, promotional video clips and commentary (plus extra videos from PSI Records label-mates), interviews with the band backstage at the London Astoria, a J.S. Clayden post-Pitchshifter interview, an extensive photo gallery, complete discography, and a 'Pitchshifter family tree' with graphical depictions of band members from 1989 to 2003. According to Music Video Distributors, there are 6 hidden easter eggs on this release.
