Issued in plain white diecut sleeve, with band and catalog sticker to identify the release. According to Ash International's website, this was released by them as a white label 12 in the UK, although it is longer than the typical 12. The only hint that it is by them is the somewhat misleading 'ASH 13' catalogue number engraved on the record itself. The catalogue number is actually ASH 1.3.
The track names are etched in the run-out groove on each side.
This record is a remix of the tracks Loose My Mind & Goldfish from The Second Coming by Frostbite (Einar Örn & Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson).
