Mastered At Future Disc Glass Mastered At PMDC, USA These 'Happy Landings' recording sessions commenced at Fairless Masterman's flat, Castellain Road, Maida Vale, London on 26 February 1996 and concluded on 28 April 1996, with the intended album tracklisting (as at Tuesday, 17 September 1996) as follows:

The album was was not released, but the first eight tracks (i.e. excluding 'Mayfly' and 'Elected', which were replaced by subsequent recordings of new tracks, 'Lonely As A Lighthouse' and 'Life's What's Killing Me') were subsequently re-recorded/remixed by Stephen W. Tayler and Sadia Sadia during February and March 1997 for a planned release of the album later that year. However, the 1997 version of the 'Happy Landings' album was not released either, but five of the tracks were released on a limited edition EP Tracks From The Forthcoming Album Happy Landings and made available for sale on the band's tour commencing on Thursday, 10 July 1997. Five of the 'Happy Landings' songs were eventually re-recorded/remixed and released on the 'Elemental' album (7 April 1998).
This 'Happy Landings And Lost Tracks' release contains the 10 tracks from the 'Happy Landings' sessions as originally recorded in 1996.
