Full title given on the release as 'Fred Deakin presents The Triptych'

This compilation ℗ & © 2007 Family Recordings, a division of Universal Record Operations Limited.

Released in a special clamshell box, with each CD in its own smaller card sleeve. Around the box is a glossy paper banner that displays the title, featured artists, barcode and other 'boring small print'. This release includes a booklet, with Fred Deakin's comments on every single track on the compilation. Some Limited Edition releases also included a Bonus Disc; which according to Fred Deakin should never have been included. There were two pressings; 'Promo 1' & 'Promo 2'.

Track 1.3 appears with its full title in the booklet but appears on the sleeve simply as 'Mr. Matawe'.
Track 1.14 is mistakenly listed as 'A Touch Of Jazz'.
Track 3.2 is mistakenly listed as 'Words Of Wisedam'.

Not to be confused with another release packaged in 3 slimline jewel cases in a card sleeve; Fred Deakin Presents: The Triptych
