As part of the Phase 3 neubauten.org working process, Einstürzende Neubauten produced a downloadable track per month for the supporters based on a navigation system of cards. The system of cards was called Dave, and the resulting parallel tracks, completely seperate from the work, were called Jewels.

This DVD shows the working process of producing the last 3 Jewels, from the initial drawing of the cards, the search for a solution guided by those cards, the final song that developed from the process, plus an expalantion from each band member of how they arrived at their interpretations and solutions. Consider it, if you like, a webcast you can hold in your hand without all that compression and annoying buffering.
