- June 28, 1974 - Casino, Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Packaged in a red-tinted box with artwork from each of the discs, and includes an obi-wrap detailing in Japanese each of the discs. Each disc includes its original English language booklet. Unlike previous volumes, instead of including a Japanese translation for each booklet with each disc, there is one booklet with Japanese translations of English text for the entire set packed separately inside the box.

While the box displays a catalogue number of IECP-20005/10, each disc bears its own unique catalogue number on its case and artwork.

Discs 4 and 5 are mastered from a low quality bootleg audience recording. Tracks 2 and 3 on disc 5 are listed in reverse order on the artwork.

Disc 6 is the original unedited recording, without overdubs, which was used for the majority of the live album USA.
