Band formed in 1979 (first called Jungla), by Argentinian Joe Borsani (singer, guitar), with Ricardo Conejo, Paco Iriarte and Enrique Sáez.

Their friend, producer Jorge Álvarez, introduced them to Discos CBS, S.A., changing their name to Sissi (following designer Juan Gatti sugestion), as they think it more commercial.
