Svinkels is a French alternative hip-hop group from Île-de-France formed in 1994. For most of its existence, the group consisted of Gérard Baste, Nikus Pokus and Mr. Xavier (aka XanaX) as MCs and DJ Pone on the decks. Several other musicians and disc jockeys, such as Dr Crunkenstein, DJ Do Bass and the musicians featured on the Dirty Center album.
