Italian journalist, television host, screenwriter, director, actor and lyricist.

He hosted the long running television talk show Maurizio Costanzo Show (1982-2021). Together with Gianni Boncompagni he wrote the theme song Se Penso A Te which opened and closed the show from 1985 onwards. Married to Maria De Filippi, his fourth, from 1995 until his death.
