Compilation CD of previously unreleased, exclusive songs housed in a gatefold paper sleeve with 192-page booklet that contains articles, interviews, advertisements, and other features. Together, the CD and booklet are issue number 2 of Volume magazine.

Track 1 is a previously unreleased track from the motion picture [m=67142].
Track 2 is taken from the forthcoming album [m=6277].
Track 3 is an alternative mix from the [m=71730] album.
Track 4 is actually an edited down version of Killer Inside Me (Meat Beat Manifestation #2), the instrumental remix found on all formats of MC 900 Ft Jesus' [m=98280] single. It is a full minute shorter, with less intro, less outro, and shorter passages throughout generally.
Track 5 is a remix of the [m=131206] single.
Track 6 is a remix of a track from the [m=3406] album.
Track 7 is previously only available on the split She Bangs The Door / Mr Green 7.
Track 8 is an alternative mix from the [m=38371] album.
Track 9 is previously unreleased.
Track 10 is taken from the forthcoming [m=35223] album.
Track 11 is the previously unreleased full length version of a track from the [m=132134] album.
Track 12 is a remix from the forthcoming EP Gold, but this never saw a release.
Track 13 is a remix of a track from the [m=19928] album.
Track 14 is a remix of a track from the [m=86804] album.
Track 15 is a remix from the deleted I Believe (Remix) 12 single.
Track 16 is taken from the forthcoming [m=87164] album.
Track 17 is taken from the forthcoming 2cd Loveblows & Lovecries - A Confession album.
Track 18 is the original monitor balance of track from the forthcoming [m=2868] album.
Track 19 is a new version of a song from the [m=537468] single.
