Artist originally called themselves the Flirts and titled this record Heartbreak U.S.A. but were legally stopped from using the name by Flirts founder Bobby Orlando. They simply swapped the album title to their artist name and called this album The Flirts.

Some copies are found with a sticker over The Flirts on the front cover which reads: Public Notice - This record was originally marketed as being by The Flirts, but due to a preliminary injunction Rebecca (center) last original Flirt Don't Put Another Dime In The Jukebox has decided to change the name of her group to Heartbreak U.S.A. Do not confuse us with any women calling themselves The Flirts. We are Heartbreak U.S.A. Please support us through this transition. Thank you
