Letterpress-printed die-cut Discfolio machine-numbered 0001-1620 with full-color photocopy image tipped onto front of Discfolio. Includes letterpress-printed Tyvek inner sleeve and folding insert printed by offset lithography. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.

This issue is printed on grey cardboard and has higher limitation numbers (probably 251 to 1620, as with other Independent Project releases); lower-numbered copies were printed on black cardboard (Tripped Up Breathing).
