Letterpress-printed die-cut Discfolio machine-numbered 0001-1620 with full-color photocopy image tipped onto front of Discfolio. Includes letterpress-printed Tyvek inner sleeve and folding insert printed by offset lithography. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion.

This issue is printed on black cardboard and has low limitation numbers (probably 1 to 250, as with other Independent Project releases); subsequently numbered copies were printed on grey cardboard (Tripped Up Breathing).
